Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Course Duration: 4 years

Intake: 60

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must be an Indian Citizen.
  • Candidate must have passed ‘10+2’ examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the three subjects as stated above in regular class mode.
  • Must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category e.g., SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, PWD) in the above three subjects taken together.
  • Must have passed English in the ‘10+2’ examination with atleast 30% marks.
  • Age: Candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31 st December of the year of admission.

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)

Course Duration: 2 years

Intake: 60

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must be an Indian Citizen.
  • Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examinations in the General stream course along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.
  • Candidates passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination or its equivalent examinations in Vocational stream courses are not eligible for admission, as per prescribed admission eligibility criteria of Pharmacy Council of India.
  • Age: Candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31 st December of the year for admission to the Pharmacy course.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (Lateral Entry)

Course Duration: 3 years

(for Lateral Entry)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
  • The Candidate must have pass Diploma in Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
  • The Candidate must secure at least 45% (40% for SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, PWD) marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Such candidates will also be eligible for admission to the 1 st year Degree Course subject to vacancies in the 1 st year classes in case the vacancies as lateral entry at second year are exhausted. However, the admission shall be based strictly on the eligibility criteria as mentioned above.
  • Age: There is no upper age limit for Diploma holders in Pharmacy.
