Our Pharmaceutics Laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the formulation, preparation, and evaluation of various pharmaceutical dosage forms. The lab is equipped with modern instruments such as dissolution apparatus, disintegration testers, homogenizers, and Friability apparatus, enabling students to simulate real-world pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Here, students learn the art and science of transforming active pharmaceutical ingredients into safe, effective, and patient-friendly medicines. Practical sessions cover a wide range of formulations, including tablets, capsules, ointments, creams, suspensions, emulsions, and sterile preparations. The laboratory adheres to strict safety and quality standards, ensuring that students develop both technical proficiency and a deep understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). By integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application, the Pharmaceutics Lab prepares our future pharmacists for careers in pharmaceutical manufacturing, research, quality control, and regulatory affairs.
