The Training and Placement Cell of “Pandaveswar School of Pharmacy” is designed to play a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Diploma and Under Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed farms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell will operate round the year to facilitate contact between companies and graduates. On invitation, many reputed Pharma-industries are ready to visit the institute to conduct interviews. Our Advisory Board is also enlightened with many eminent personalities from industry like, Sun Pharmaceutical Ltd, Alkem Laboratories Ltd, Lupin Pharma etc.
Industrial visit: Our college had organised industrial tour for the students for upliftment of their knowledge and skill. The tour was conducted during the month of December 2023. College arranged tours in renowned MNC like CIPLA & LUPIN.
The Placement Cell is ready for career guidance programs for all the students starting from the first year. The cell will arrange training programs like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc and it also organizes Public Sector Exam Training for students who are interested to join Government Sectors. It also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training programs for final year students.
