B.Pharm from Roland Institute Of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Berhampur, Orissa, B.P.U.T Rourkela with 72.57% in 2004.
Key Research Area
Designing, developing, and delivering courses/programs in the area of Pharma Analysis and Quality Assurance and contributing to delivering knowledge; addressing the issues raised in the areas of research, consultancy, and training. She has a lot of experience in Supervising/mentoring personnel including work allocation, training, and problem resolution; managing contracts; planning, approving & monitoring budget expenditures; and preparing interim status reports on all activities (long-term as well as short-term). Interacting and collaborating with all the stakeholders (students, parents, alumni, affiliating and accrediting bodies, alumni, management, other institutions, industry/business partners, government departments and nodal bodies, and the community) to build an environment that maximizes student learning, academic performance, and social growth.
She also has experience in delivering lectures for U.G & P.G students, conducting practical classes, and guiding them in completing project work. Rich experience in training and placement cells with the merit of placing B.Pharm and M.Pharm students in different organizations. She also has experience in Advisory of the Entrepreneurship cell of the college. Conducting career counseling sessions and student personality development and grooming classes. Dr. Bhattacharyya has a huge experience of 17 years of teaching.
